No Smoking Policy
All rooms, decks and outside property are non-smoking. There is no smoking on the property. This includes all forms of smoking, including but not limited to e-cigarettes and vaping. Violations will result in a $250.00 credit card charge and potentially expulsion, at management’s sole discretion.
Reservation Policy
For a multiple day reservation an advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay or 100% for a one night stay, is required by credit card before reservations are confirmed. For a single day stay, a 100% advance deposit is 
required before the reservation is confirmed. (One night stay reservations will be charged in two increments.) All rooms rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge will be applicable for additional adults or children over age 10.
Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation outside of 14 days prior to your check-in, your deposit will be refunded less $75.00 per room cancellation fee or at guest’s discretion, 100% of the deposit can be applied toward a future reservation in the form of a gift certificate. If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire reservation. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent any of the reserved rooms booked, a gift certificate will be issued, less the $75.00 per room cancellation fee, for the re-rented amount and it can be used towards a future stay.
No refunds will be issued for any early departures.
Late arrivals will be cancelled unless next day/later arrival is explicitly approved by management.
Check-in time: 3:00 P.M. Check-out time: 10:00 A.M.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the first floor only. All pets must be registered in the office and be accompanied by owner at all times. There will be an additional pet cleaning charge of $85 per room. Pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied for any period of time. Housekeeping must be able to have access to the room, free of any pets, between 10:00am – 3:00pm daily. Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require a guest to remove any pet from the property that is dangerous, disruptive or not suited for stay the property. No refunds will be issued if a pet is required to leave.
Vehicle Policy
Guests are allowed to have one vehicle per room. Guests must park in assigned parking spaces. Vehicles are to be limited to regular passenger vehicles and SUVs. No trailers or extended vehicles are permitted. Any unassigned vehicles parked on site are subject to towing at vehicle owner’s expense and risk.
