No Smoking Policy:
All rooms, decks and outside property are non-smoking. Violations will result in a $250.00 credit card charge or expulsion.
Reservation Policy and Cancellation Policy:
For a multiple day reservation an advance deposit of 50% is required, by credit card, before reservation is confirmed. For a single day stay, a 100% advance deposit is required before the reservation is confirmed. Upon cancellation outside of 14 days, your deposit will be refunded less $50.00 per cancelled room or 100% of the deposit can be used towards a future reservation. Cancellation under 14 days, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire reservation. If we are able to re-rent any of the reserved rooms booked, a gift certificate will be created in that amount so it can be used towards a future stay. No refunds will be issued for early departure.
